What is your return policy?

Returns are free for consumers in the United States. We accept things purchased directly from
1stchoicefamilyservices.org/ that are unworn, unwashed, and unmodified that are received by
us within 30 days of your order date. Please factor in the time it takes the carrier to deliver your
item(s) to our Ohio warehouse. Gift Cards (both physical and digital) and any goods labeled
"Final Sale" are FINAL SALE and not returnable. For further information, please read our Return Policy.


What payment methods does 1CFS accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay,
Google Pay, Meta Pay, and 1CFS Shop Gift Cards. At this time, we do not take cheques or cash.
if you pay with a 1CFS Shop Gift Card, you may pay the balance of your purchase with a credit
card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or any other approved method of payment.

When I attempted to check out, I received an error notice. What does this mean?

Please confirm that the billing information you entered matches the information on file with your credit card issuing bank. If you input billing information that differs from what your bank has on file, your order will be rejected.

How can I redeem my 1CFS Shop Gift Card?

It's simple to redeem your 1CFS Shop Gift Card! Simply input the Gift Card Code and Pin Code in
the appropriate areas during the Payment stage of checkout, then click "Apply" before completing your transaction. If you don't have a Pin Code, enter the last four characters of your Gift Card Code. If correctly redeemed, the discount will be shown in the total at the bottom of your screen.

How can I know whether my order was successfully placed?

Following the submission of your order, you will be led to an order confirmation page with your
order number. If you've arrived at this page, we've received your purchase and are either evaluating your payment information or processing it. You should also receive an e-mail
confirmation immediately after submitting your order, confirming that we received it. You will receive an e-mail confirming shipment once your order has been dispatched.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed and sent within 2 to 3 business days after the order date, Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or major holidays. All processing timeframes are estimates and are subject to change.

Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?

Your order cannot be canceled or amended after it has been placed in order to speed up delivery to our clients. However, once you have your items, you may be able to return them to us.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We are devoted to providing you with exceptional deals on our most recent styles, which may vary on a daily basis. We do not presently provide post-purchase price adjustments due to our continuously changing offers.

How can I obtain a gift receipt?

We do not currently offer independent gift receipts, however the slip in your box does not
include pricing and can be used as a gift receipt.
