Unique Identifiers: To track individual usage behavior on our Service, such as the amount of
time spent on each page and the pages visited during a given log-in period, we and our third-
party service providers use unique identifiers like cookies, e-mail, or your pseudonymous user
ID and store owner ID, username. Individual usage data is gathered through unique identifiers
about each user's use of our service.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: To provide functionality and to recognize you across
different Services and devices, we and our third-party partners, including our advertising and
analytics partners, use cookies and other tracking technologies (such as web beacons, device

We might make use of both temporary (session) cookies and permanent (persistent) cookies
(which stay on your computer until you delete them). By following the instructions in your
browser's help file, persistent cookies can be deleted. After you leave our Service, we may still
be able to track your online behavior thanks to these cookies. By tracking things like how
frequently users visit our service, which features they use, which pages they visit, which emails
they open, and which other websites or applications they used before and after using our
service, these Tracking Tools help us better understand our users and analyze how users
interact with the service. Some parts of the Site may not function properly or at all if you opt to
disable cookies.
Third-Party Widgets: Some of our Services' content may include widgets and social networking
buttons like the "Tweet" and "Like" buttons for Twitter and Facebook. Your IP address, the page
you are visiting, and maybe a cookie are collected by these widgets and features in order for
them to work properly. Either a third party or our Services directly host widgets and social
networking functionality. The privacy policy of the provider of these features will control how
you interact with them.
Third-Party Marketing: We also work with a third-party partner to locate users and present
them with marketing on our behalf (i.e. email or direct mail). In addition to your IP address,
device ID, and details about your browser or operating system, our partners may also gather
information about you directly from your device, combine it with information from other
sources, and set or recognize a special cookie on your browser. They can identify you thanks to
this behavior, which makes it easier for us to market to you. Please visit
https://1stchoicefamilyservices.org/ to opt out of recognition services. Please visit
https://1stchoicefamilyservices.org/ to disable third-party cookies.

another controller. For either, send an email to Info@1stcfs.org.
8. INFORMATION ABOUT ANOTHER PERSON
We will only use your friend's email address to contact them about the invitation if you give it

personal information with us. All invitees have the option to decline receiving additional
invitations.

9. LOST OR STOLEN INFORMATION

If your credit card or password is lost, stolen, or used in any other way without your consent,
you must contact us right away. In that case, we will update our records and delete that credit
card number or password from your account.
10. PUBLIC INFORMATION
Links to other websites are available on the Site. The content of those websites and their
privacy policies are not our responsibility. We might also provide you with access to chat
rooms, forums, message boards, product review boards, and news groups. Please be aware
that whatever you disclose in these sections becomes public knowledge. You should use
caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information because we have no control over
how it will be used.

11. SECURE SHOPPING

We employ Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, the industry-standard
authentication and encryption technology, to protect the personal information we gather, even
though all Financial Data will be collected by our third-party business partners. Information
communicated over the Internet will remain unmodified and safe if SSL is enabled on both the
client and the server. Use an SSL-enabled browser if you want SSL security to function. Version
